At MSRY WRLD, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details regarding order fulfillment, delivery estimates, international shipping, and order tracking.

1. Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched from our facility.

  • Pre-Orders & Limited Drops: Processing and fulfillment times for pre-order items or limited drops vary. Estimated ship dates will be listed directly in the item description at checkout.

  • Business days do not include weekends or official holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories.

Note: Delivery estimates begin after the order has finished processing and leaves our warehouse.

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide delivery to most international destinations.

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on location and local customs clearance.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country upon arrival.

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusal of Packages: If a package is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes, any return shipping costs incurred by MSRY WRLD will be deducted from your refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to populate on the carrier’s portal after receiving your dispatch notice.

5. Address Changes & Order Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing payment.

  • Due to high processing speeds during collection drops, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted.

  • If you notice an error in your address, email [support@msrywrld.com] immediately with your Order Number and updated information.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses: MSRY WRLD is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly or lost due to customer error in entering the shipping address.

  • Stolen Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or building staff and contact the carrier directly. MSRY WRLD is not liable for stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
